We are a small but growing Executive Search firm looking for a researcher & written English expert who can help us find great people for our outstanding clients.
We have already had success in hiring great talent from onlinejobs and so want to replicate that success with another great team member. Working directly under the President, you will be trained by the best in the business to source and screen potential candidates using our online tools.
Tasks will involve working with the team to truly get to grips with what our client is looking for, coming up with search parameters before searching through profiles to find potential candidates. We then open communications with the individual and encourage them to get in touch with our Canadian team. Therefore outstanding English is needed to both explain some details about the role, but more importantly encourage them to call and then keep engaged with them throughout the recruitment process.
There will also be a variety of other tasks to work on.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have impeccable written and verbal communication
- Fluency in English mandatory
- Outstanding computer skills
- Methodical and impeccable attention to detail
- University degree, especially Business or similar, is an asset
- Must have your own laptop computer
- Journalism or experience as a writer is a strong asset
- Recruitment / resume / research experience ideal but not mandatory
HOURS
Number of hours worked is open to negotiation, but 30-50 hours a week is likely and weekend work WILL be required. Please only respond if you can work during these times, especially on Saturday and Sunday.
