***AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE WORK REQUIRED (including Transaction Coordination or Listing Coordination). Must be a fast learner, be a responsive communicator, and do excellent work. High attention to detail is a must! Positive "can do" attitude.
You will work for our Listing Coordinator to do the following:
-Input Listings into MRIS
-Upload photos into MRIS
-Pick 10 best photos for Flyer/Brochure (20 best if 4 pages)
-Make sure we get Seller HW and best selling features from seller and lead agent.
-Write remarks using best selling features
-Fill out template and Get fact sheet ordered
-Once listing is LIVE, check Zillow and Redfin to make sure it populated correctly
-Coordinate with Marketing VA and Head Marketing Coordinator
-Use Docusign to fill out contracts, etc.
-Other Real Estate Related Admin Work as needed.
