JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

I am based in Canada and am looking for someone who can help me with personal tasks, largely focused on research and finding information about products and services in Canada and the US. Though most of the work is likely to be email/document based, I anticipate there will be some tasks that will involve speaking to companies based in North America over the phone to ask about their services.

I wish to work with someone who is responsible, can complete and track tasks in a timely manner (often within 24 hours), are detail oriented and can communicate in a professional manner.

I am seeking someone who is experienced as a virtual assistant and can send me samples of their work, in addition to their resume. Must have strong proficiency with and access to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Preference for someone who is comfortable working on sensitive topics (funeral, death, bereavement). I believe having clear expectations and timelines are important to a strong working relationship.
