Cold Calling - $400 Commission/contract

I am looking for someone to cold call potential home owners to see if they are interested in selling. I am a real estate investor. I would need you to set an appointment.

Person needs to be fluent in English, use to talking to customers and navigating situations. I will provide a script but you need to be able to tweak it based on the call you are on.

I need you to work 2-4 hours a day 5 days a week. This is somewhat flexible but I do need a be on the phone at least 3 days a week for a total of 10 - 20 hours a week for cold calling. I would need you to work on Eastern time zone (US) anytime 8 am - 8 pm

Pay:
$50 - $100 weekly draw (this is paid upfront & is deducted from your commission pay)
$400 commission for every appointment set that leads to a close.


I am looking to build a long term partnership that as I grow, we grow. This means more hours and higher commissions
