Sales admin/VA assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented professional to join our team. The role is a long term opportunity for the right person in sales & marketing and working within a friendly and dynamic team.

We are a printing and distribution company that serves Australia wide. You will be following up by phone the customers who have entered a quote in our system, entering customer data into our crm, following up with internal staff at our offices at Sydney.

You will need as essential
An very strong and reliable internet connection to work across the phone line.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Friendly person with an upbeat attitude.
Sales and marketing in the printing industry would be desirable but not essential.

The role will require extensive training so you will need to have a wiliness to learn.

You will need to be comfortable using a PC and tools like office.

You will need to be available from 9am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday Sydney Australia Sydnet time.

The interview process.
1st stage.
Pease send a recording of approximately 3 minutes outlining your name, experience and what you like to do in your spare time. This can be a you tube clip, sound recording on a shared drive like Google drive or an attachment.

2nd stage.
Successful applicants from stage one will be asked to a further online interview.

Candidates that do not complete stage one will not be considered.

Salary for this role is 600 USD a month. Payment is on a per working day basis.
