Virtual Assistant

Are you self-motivated and up for challenges? If yes, then you are someone we’re looking for!

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant, and not anyone may be able to meet our criteria. Our company operates non-traditionally, and we only take STAR members who have awesome skills to offer.

Talented, hardworking, and passionate people are welcome to apply. And if you have a high speed internet and a room with a quiet environment, then you are a step closer to getting hired.

Here are the other criteria that you should meet:
• A good inter-personal skill – verbal and written (English)
• Can work from home without distractions
• Is willing to be trained and learn new skills
• Can work over and above the required hours when needed

Aside from the above-mentioned, you should have passion in doing the following almost daily:
• Calling/Emailing Australian clients to book appointment
• Transcribing audios
• Preparing work proposals for clients and chasing them down
• Drafting Engagement Letters
• Invoicing

The job will keep you on your toes daily, and it is CRITICAL that you have attention to details. It is also IMPORTANT that you are an excellent communicator.
