Adwords/Wordpress Expert Needed

We have an call lead generation operation currently in need of soneone who is expert with
1. Adwords(at least 2 years experience)
2. Doing Keyword research using Spyful, SEMRush, Keyword Planner etc
3. Knows how to launch Bing Search Campaign as well
4. Knows how to build up a basic Wordpress website, paraphrase and good copywriting skills.
