Full Time Social Media Assistant

Hi there!

I am looking for someone lovely who can work 10-20 hours a week to run my social media and blog. This is a job that can increase and be ongoing for years, but I will have 10 hrs/week for sure for the next few months. As my business grows, if we are working well together, so will this job! :)

Here are some of the things I will be looking to have done:

Fill my SmarterQueue (similar to MeetEdgar or Buffer) account with content I already have and run/maintain it in the future as we have seasonal promotions, holidays, etc.

Take a ~10 minute video which I will record through Facebook Live, Instagram Live, or Youtube Live each week and do these things to it:

1. Add an intro and outro which I will provide and upload it to my YouTube account, with appropriate Youtube tagging, etc (I will give you trainings on this).
2. Upload the video to iTunes as a video podcast
3. Detach the audio and upload it to iTunes as an audio podcast, using a different intro and outro that I will also provide
4. Take the transcript generated by YouTube, fix its errors, and create a blog post on my blog with the embedded YouTube video and the transcript as the blog's text.
5. From this transcript, take 5-8 phrases that would make good tweets and schedule them to my Twitter using Buffer. I will help you pick these the first few times, don't worry!
6. Take these phrases or shorter ones and make quote graphics in Canva or Photoshop using templates I will provide, and schedule these to be posted to my Instagram, Facebook page and group, and Pinterest
7. Take the video and break it up into short clips for Facebook and Instagram and schedule it to be posted around the web as well.

I am very willing to teach you to do each of these things, and will provide detailed instructions and screencasts so you can learn!

Also, please note: I am a very nice person (I promise :) ) and everyone who works for me says they love to and don't want to leave, but I am not stupid either and I'm not messing around:

Everything I will be asking you to do, I have done myself for years. I have a masters degree in running online businesses. I know how to do these things, about how long they take, and what it looks like when they're done well.

In the past I have hired both excellent people, and people who did not do the work but still wanted to be paid, and even used the OnlineJobs screenshot timeproof to move their webpage around so it looked like they were working but still nothing was being completed.

I will be looking for this, and if something like this happens, I will kindly tell you we don't need your help anymore and let you go. So if you plan to behave that way, please don't bother to apply.

The rate for this job will be $4 an hour, for a total of $160 a month, with potential increases as our business grows! We are looking for someone who is available to work full-time, and plans to stay with us for a long time, so we can increase hours in the future.
