ROLE OVERVIEW: Provide support to fundraising organizers and restaurant managers via our email support platform. Solve a wide range of problems, and provide friendly, accurate, quality service. This is remote work as part of a team that gives you plenty of support during your learning process to understand how our company works and help you solve problems.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Have own computer and a minimum of 3mbps internet connection
-Advanced/Native English speaker
-Excellent communication skills (English - written)
-Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Available to work night shift 40hrs/week: 9:00 pm to 5:30 am
-Know how to use Google Hangouts, Microsoft Office & Excel
-Ability to deliver and work with deadlines
-At least 1-year experience with Customer Service in English
-College-level education
-Monthly Salary: $350 USD (approx. 17,500 PHP)
-Optional: Experience with Zendesk Support platform

CUSTOMER ADVOCATE ROLES:

Support: The agent will be responsible for support of the groups and restaurants using our site--things such as account setup, policy clarification, promotional assistance, and event management. An ideal candidate will be someone who is a quick learner and an excellent problem-solver who isn't afraid to spend time finding the perfect solution.

Group Sales: The agent will be responsible for answering incoming inquiries from fundraising groups interested in taking part in our service--this candidate must be a highly self-motivated individual with a knack for understanding unique customer needs and providing information that will highlight the benefits of our service for a diverse range of fundraising organizations all across the U.S.
