Virtual Assistant for Web Research, Social Media, and Regular help

I'm looking for a virtual assistant who can help me out with the day to day on a number of online tasks for my book selling business online. I've got a number of things that I could use help with on a daily basis and the right VA will be able to help me out with these regularly.

I'm preferably looking to hire someone from the Philippines for between $2-$3/hr. I am looking for someone who is smart and capable of thinking on their own.

Below are some of the responsibilities of what you will be doing:

Daily:

Post Ad on classifieds website for bulk book pickups in San Diego and surrounding areas

Search classifieds website in San Diego and Surrounding areas for new bulk book opportunities. Compile a daily report of findings

Search daily for new bulk book auctions on auction websites and compile a daily report of new findings which includes type of books, location, and ending dates.

Post to Facebook Fan Page 5 times daily

Post to the Vista Flipper facebook page once per day a new picture of books being sourced, donated, or given away.

Actively post to Facebook groups using the Vista Flipper page and website to let them know we deal with bulk books and consignment deals.

Post to classifieds and auction websites for children's books and let others know that we have a 20 book box/month program for kids.Subscription to keep the books, or subscription to send the old books back.

Monitor Facebook campaign for donating books to Vista Flipper who will repurpose them into new homes or Facebook campaigns for new children's book subscription programs.

Post organically to notify parents of the children's book subscription program.


Weekly:

Identify garage sales happening on a weekly basis in the North county San Diego area. Specficially for garage sales with books.

Color coordinate the sales by time, and use different pins for sales which have varying sizes and counts of books.

If the sale has large quantities of books, contact the sale owner and let them know that we would be interested in clearing their books out in bulk before the sale takes place.

Using garage sale website reach out to estate sales with large quantities of books and offer full paid haul away of all books before the sale begins

Reach out to regular estate sale businesses and let them know of our services to haul away books

Be careful not to double contact different estate sale businesses.

Reach out to recyclers and let them know we would be interested in regularly removing their books.

Create a detailed map of San Diego that includes different layers of libraries, and thrift stores in North San Diego county.

Reach out to schools, homeschool groups, professors, and other educators to let them know we can sell their textbooks for consignment.

Reach out to local Friends Of The Library (FOL) groups and let them know we'd be interested in helping them with their online book sales on a consignment basis.
