General graphic design for emails, website, collateral, etc.

I need a general graphic designer to help create layouts for emails, collateral, website layout and design.

Creativity is a big plus. There may be some packaging creation, along with t-shirt design, which would require the ability to think of ideas on your own.

Online marketing experience a plus (instagram/Facebook ad design).

Part time to start, but would love to eventually have full time as my business grows.
