Job Description:

I’m hiring for full-time assistants must fit one of these descriptions-

PPC Specialist/Social Media Ad Expert - Must have done paid marketing and implemented strategies that have resulted in profitable campaigns. (Must show proof)

Additional Skills that I will consider - Graphics (Funnels, Landing pages, & Websites)

JOB DUTIES
- Will vary based on position
-Tracking campaigns and organizing data
- Do online research
-Create ads for marketing (Videos, pictures, blogs, etc.)
- Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

COMPENSATION PLAN:
- Paid weekly (You must send a DAILY report of what you have done)
- Base Salary will start at $200 for 60 days
- Monthly commissions will be given (Performance based able to earn over $2000 usd monthly)
- 13th Month Bonus of Base Salary.
- Pay raises awarded based on performance
- For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
- 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
