Looking for a very talented video editor

Hello, I am looking for a talented video editor to edit videos for my YouTube channel and occasionally for my Instagram page.

My brother and I share a YouTube channel called Mikkelsen Twins and we edit all our own videos right now. We produce informational teaching videos about how to make money online and we want to begin to incorporate entertaining vlogs and cool lifestyle videos as well.

To begin with, I just want a video editor to edit our vlogs to make them interesting and fun to watch. Then if that goes well, then we would like to hire a full time editor to hire all our videos so we can focus more time on filming, creating content and building our business.

You must be easy to communicate with and quick to respond to messages. Once I have found the right video editor, then we will start a FB messenger group chat with me, my brother and you where all communications will happen. This is how we do with other VAs and it works very well for us.

And you must work fast. We cannot deliver video files to you and then you take 3 days to finish. You have to be reliable and finish editing in one day. This is very important, I have no patience to wait. There are 24 hours in a day so "I didn't have time" is not a good excuse.

I am not here to give beginners a chance at editing. I need someone who is experienced and produces incredible videos. Please send me videos that you have edited so I can see your skill level.

We will send you the clips to use and in the order we want them, then you just have to edit it so it becomes high quality production.

Not sure about price yet, we can negotiate that. My idea is to pay you per video edited or maybe per minute of video edited.
