Client Liaison Specialist / Perfect English Speaker

A Canada based internet marketing and virtual assistant service provider is looking for a high level client liaison to work with North American realtors. We need a talented individual who has perfected the art of speaking perfect English without a Filipino accent.

This is a home-based position with a starting salary of P25K-P30K for full time depending on skills and experience.



Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include 1 or more of the following:

Work direct with U.S. or Canada based real estate clients
Interface with team members
Problem and issue resolution
Client Liaison and Account Management
Outbound client calls
Reports to Senior Project Manager
Perform a host of back-office functions and tasks
Social Media management
Email account management
Email marketing/customer list management (Aweber/ConstantContact/etc)
Inbound client calls
Outbound voice client/customer service
Newsletters and other client communications
Powerpoint and excel document construction and manipulation
Blogging & Wordpress blog placement/updating
SEO, article submission & Back-linking
Scheduling, appointment setting, calendar management
Admin & exec support
Research
Data entry, encoding, forms, reports


Requirements:

Speak mistake-free English without a Filipino accent**
Comfortable and Private area to work at home
Home computer system with reliable high-speed DSL or cable connection (no wireless)
College graduate with minimum of 7 years work experience
High level VA or exec/admin support experience a plus
Call center managment, team lead, QA or trainer experience
Excellent digital/computer skills preferably with Excel/PPT/Word
Technical skills related to web development or internet marketing are highly prized
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Mature, reliable, hard working, professional and serious
Very detail oriented and meticulous
Willing and able to work night shift (graveyard) if/when required
