Phone Animal-Real Estate Inside Sales

Busy real estate team is looking to add a virtual Phone Animal to our team. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will contact incoming leads and convert them into appointments for our agents. You will log contact attempts and record conversations in our CRM.

What we are looking for in our next Phone Animal:
-ability to work independently without constant supervision, keep yourself motivated
-High energy
-Able to make calls for 80% of your shift (minimum 200 calls per day)
-Follow provided scripts to convert leads
-Team player

***VERY IMPORTANT***
