Graphic Designer for many small logos

I'm looking for a graphic designer who creates dozens of smaller logos, quotes, mottos, wisdoms which can be printed on t-shirts, for example.
You should be very creative and well versed in graphic design.
I pay for each logo individually, first I thought about 500 pieces.
