Customer Service & VA - Email, Live Chat, Telephone, Writing Tasks - GREAT PAY / FULL-TIME / LONG-TERM

We are a marketing company located in California, USA and have online stores that require customer service with chat, phone, and email. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, fast learning person who provides great customer service with care and empathy, and can also serve as our company virtual assistant (VA) with various tasks such as writing and administrative support.

Skills Required:

- Excellent spoken English
- Excellent written English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Great attention to detail
- Previous customer service and telephone experience
- Stable internet connection
- Own your own computer
- Ability to work a minimum of 6 hours during 9AM to 6PM Pacific Time, USA
- Ability to write basic articles when customer support is going slow.
- Ability to follow writing instructions and support our marketing team with article content assigned.
- Administrative skills, using MS Office products, data entry.
- Google docs management.

Telephone preferred but you can also answer calls using your computer and return calls using SKYPE.

* Having previous telemarketing experience is highly preferred.
