Real Estate VA with email marketing platform experience (especially infusions)

This is a very easy job if you are comfortable with email marketing platforms namely infusionsoft. But if you have worked with things like aweber, getresponse and such then you should be able to catch on quickly but infusionsoft is preferred.

Your job is to follow up with clients via text on our platforms of ringcentral (the service we use to make calls, record calls, and text) and/or fixyourfunnel (which is a texting software that works with infusionsoft).

You will also update the google doc with deals that are pending or closing, and other notes. And the main thing is to set tasks for me in infusionsoft to follow up with clients, call apartments to verify leases (clients that signed a lease), among other things.

I don't work more than 25-30 hours a week on this (as I have other ventures). I'm usually on the phones talking to leads and inputting data into infusionsoft and our apartment locating software so I don't forsee the person I hire spending more than 2-3 hours a day on this.

The only thing that will slow you down is slow internet which I do not want to have to pay extra because work can't get done in time due to slow speeds. So please do not apply if your page load speeds are too slow. You need decent Mbps.

AND PLEASE have stellar feedback and real estate/email marketing experience.

It shouldn't take more than a week to get you trained up.

And please make sure this job is a top priority because time and money and we are dealing with people trying to move into a new place. If we aren't on top of things we will lose deals and money.
