Migrate an existing Angular 1 App to the latest ReactJS

We have an existing Angular 1 App using a custom build REST API Backend and JSON Webtoken authentication.

The Features so far are very minimalistic:
- Add/Remove new Todo Lists
- Track the time spent on working
- search for tasks / filter a task List
- standard account actions like register, create a user profile, update that profile and login/logout

As a technology demo for evaluation we need this app migrated to the latest ReactJS version. Further development will be ReactJS only.

In Future there needs to be a webapplication, an android application and an IOS version. Maybe in future also a Windows 10 client. So some experience with React Native would be great.

The purpose of this project is to evaluate the technology and framework. So a good documentation is important. If the demo is successful, we offer a hourly paid full time developer position for future developent this project.
