Hiring a Lead Generator to skip-trace real estate leads from a tax delinquent PDF file to transfer correct data to a google sheet. Only enter records of tax delinquents that have a balance owed of $1000 or more.

Ideal candidate must have experience in skip-tracing, Working with Real Estate investors, working with Excel spread sheets, Google sheets, Appraisal district websites and more.
MUST HAVE TLO ACCESS.

Must be fluent in English, well organized and proficient,
