Internet Marketing/Customer Service/Appointment Setter

Looking for a responsible reliable individual that can take on the task of internet marketing customer service and setting appointments with customers. The individual will be answering phone calls for 8 hours a day. If I don't answer my cell phone the number will be transferred over to the attendant and will the attendant will be following a provided script with questions to ask and take down messages.
