Vacancy For Multitasking & Long term VA's for our Amazon Shop. ( Customer Service & Order Processor )

Job functions include 6 times a week & 8 hours work. Day off will change from week to week.

1. Processing orders and providing tracking information by using software which will be provided.
2. Provide Customer Service for our Amazon Shop Customers. ( answering messages, making phone calls to our customer & suppliers, strong written & spoken English skills are important).

3. Ability to work during Eastern Standard Office hours (12 hours difference from Philippines time. Work hours can change
4. Must have your own computer with reliable Internet connection & strong Microsoft Office Skills. ( Word, Excel, etc)
6. Must be able to comprehend Training videos that are spoken in English. Training will be one on one online training. Must be able to watch videos and learn how to execute and apply.
