I need a T-Shirt designer

I am Julian from germany and i need a T-Shirt designer. I will pay 1$/Design. When my buisness is growing and ur work is good u will get bonus. U have to chat with me in skype.

My english is not the best, but we will understand well each other.

I will start low this Month, but after next month i need to get 300-500 designs (maybe more).
