Need an all rounded shopify expert - fashion brand ecommerce site customisation

We are a 20 year old fashion brand based in China, looking to outsource website building efforts to someone who is diligent and has a design-oriented mind, and someone who could understand our style.

- Shopify proven record, able to provide examples of sites they have worked on.
- Shopify customization skills, able to apply changes to home page on selected theme, and make layout 90% similar to example sites.
- able to manage inventory and upload products (Also interested in long term hire)

Below are not must but will be considered as great values:
- Preferably with copywritting experience
- Preferably with SEO knowledge
- Preferably with Social media skills
- Preferably with International shipping and integration knowlege
- worked with Chinese brand before
- know how payment systems work in Shopify
