Customer Service + Assistant

We have one positions available. We are seeking an experienced and motivated customer Service Rep assistant to help grow our business. I have a printing company and also a working on an eCommerce company. I want someone that can work a consistent schedule - Monday through Friday 9:30am PST to 6:30pm PST

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AM HOURS MANILA TIME

I need someone that knows how to write and respond to emails, process orders, answer phone calls, and overall assist me with projects. The main function will be answering our incoming calls and helping customers process their orders.

Knowledge of quickbooks is a plus but not necessary.

The assistant will make sure our orders are getting processed on time and accurately.

I also have an e-commerce business where we sell on Amazon and Shopify. I will teach you the method and have you research products and contact suppliers. The person must be CREATIVE, hard working, ambitious, and energetic.

Your Responsibilities
------------------------

• Researching, investigating and analyzing trends, products, markets and competitors to uncover new products.
• Importing products into Shopify and writing CREATIVE product descriptions that sell in perfect English
• Making sure the listings are attractive including some minor image editing
• Basic pricing and profit margin analysis
• Creating FB posts/adverts to test these products in the market
• Managing supplier relationships, including negotiating prices and remedying problems
• Checking inventory and resolving any issues
• Daily and weekly reporting
