We are looking for someone to call insurance companies to find out the status of medical claims. We would provide a list of claim numbers and contact information, and ask that you contact the insurance companies and determine if the claim was:
1. Received
2. Processed successfully or unsuccessfully
3. If processed successfully, when a check was (or will be) issued
4. If not processed successfully, obtain the reason the claim was denied
5. Document the outcome of the phone call in the spreadsheet, date, time, and reference number of the call.
