? Act as the point of contact between the Chairman, MD and internal/external clients ? Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages, routing correspondence and managing mails. ? Relationship management with senior officials of MEC & other group companies on a regular basis and coordination with the dignitaries. ? Handle requests and queries appropriately ? Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders ? Take meeting notes and accurately enter data ? Produce reports, presentations and briefs
? Maintaining key corporate documents & personal documents, records and filing systems ? Prepare presentation materials, cover/introductory letters, contracts, and other business documents. ? Effectively support and back up other administrative assistants, especially for high priority meetings, deadlines and deliverables. ? Demonstrate a sense of urgency, initiative, responsiveness, and attention to detail. ? Routinely handle internal and external inquiries by screening calls, answering questions, and redirecting to appropriate personnel.
? Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for Managing director and other team members as necessary including visa & accommodation. ? Accompanying and facilitating the senior management during official travel when and where required ? Ensuring all documents have followed procedures and approval before getting signed from authorized signatories. ? Ensuring all documents in & out of office are properly verified & vetted. ? Food & hospitality for Chairman, Managing Director and guests. ? Special projects and other duties as assigned.
