NEXT LEADER provides executive coaching, facilitation and training for some of the biggest, best, and brightest companies in the world, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, and PayPal, helping them evolve the way they create the future. Our clients trust us, and our business is growing. My executive assistant of many years is moving on to her next adventure, and I am looking for someone to both fill her shoes and expand the role. With your help, we will accelerate our mission to revolutionize future creation and create a better future for our planet.

Skills Required and/ or Desired (below and reviewed quarterly)

Responsibilities (reviewed quarterly):
In the beginning, I need someone part-time to take over my scheduling, client tracking, notes transfer, and invoicing (less than 10hrs/wk). Ultimately, I am looking for someone with the ability and desire to grow into a full-time Chief of Staff and owner of key strategic projects. Show me what you can do, and we can grow together!

Environment: Virtual - with a minimum of twice daily check-ins

Equipment Needed: Computer with camera and microphone, reliable internet, quality headphones

Team: I am the founder, CEO, and Executive Coach. You'll report to and support me. You may provide some support to our three other coaches who are currently working on projects.

The Ideal Candidate: You will be passionate about leadership, team, and culture development, have excellent organization and English skills, and personally enjoy learning and growing. You will try on the practices we teach out leaders and teams, and speak up when you see that we are not walking our talk. You will have no problem raising your hand and asking for what you need, and you appreciate the opportunity to start on the ground floor of a small, innovative, and growing company.
