A dog- related company is looking to hire an administrative assistant to help perform a variety of tasks as well as assist with urgent customer service matters.
You'll be doing a variety of administrative assistant tasks, such as using Excel for different functions, making a phone call, or using different online tools.

This job is fast paced and requires you to be a fast thinker and problem solver, while at the same time, know how to follow instructions in a precise manner.
In addition, your English must be perfect (C2 level), and you must be a dog owner yourself, either currently or previously.
This job is a 40 hours/week job from 2:30AM-10:30AM Mon-Fri Manila time.
We're looking for someone who will be available for the long term and can give at least a 6 month commitment, but hopefully will be with us for years to come.
Requirements:
* Experienced as an administrative assistant or virtual assistant
* Experienced in customer service
* Perfect verbal and written English (C2 level)
* MUST be a dog owner (currently or previously owned a dog)
* Problem solver and able to think fast.
* Fast learner and comfortable around technology
* Must be available for a total of 40 hours a week from 2:30AM-10:30AM Manila time
