Full Time: Graphic Designer / Website Design (Illustrator, InDesign, & Photoshop Expert)

We're a marketing agency in Cincinnati, OH USA with an immediate need to hire a full-time designer. You must be willing to work 40-hours per week, during Eastern time zone work hours: M-F 9am-5pm EDT.

We're seeking an experienced graphic designer to build vector mockups for our website design projects, to help with some custom blog post visuals & infographics, and/or creative ads for Facebook / Google / Amazon PPC, etc. You will also be responsible for some print design projects such as product catalogs, flyers, brochures, business cards, etc. Experience and knowledge in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is a requirement.

We are looking for a designer who can design with the latest style trends; especially simplistic, modern, flat, and minimalistic.

For website design: we will provide you with an outline of the client, their business model, style, company goals, target markets, competitor website links, and links to other sites for design inspiration. Then you will take this info and create design mockups. You are not responsible for actually coding any websites, mobile apps, etc... just to focus on design efforts.

For print design: we will follow a similar process.

For both types of work, you will be responsible for interpreting the information, and making choices and suggestions in design.

Must be willing to use shared Google Calendar, Slack, Trello, and Help Scout.

This work must be held in strict confidentiality and provided as "ghost work" (meaning you cannot take public credit for the work, as we are essentially reselling your services as part of a larger program).
