Shirt Designer

Hello!
Iàm looking for a T-Shirt designer, with some experience already.

Some informations:
We would like to receive 25-50+ designs per week.
There will be a weekly plan, where we tell you what designs, we want you to design.
There will be no specific design niche, from unicorns to partner shirts or random Quotes.

All designs you create should only be sold to us and make sure you don't use copyrighted material.
In order to avoid any of these issues, we demand owning the exclusive right to use and sell the designs we buy from you.

Payment:
We are planing to start with 1.50-2.50 USD per design, despends on the quality, effort and creativity.

Period:
At the start we can pay you daily or weekly using PAYPAL.

Some questions for you:
- How many designs can you create approximatetly a day ?
- How many hours/designs you want to make a week ?
- Do you work for other companies or persons ?
- When can you start ?
- How long can you work for us ?
- Do you have any experience in designing tshirts ?
