Answering support tickets
Negotiating deals

Requirements:
-Customer support experience from web based venture
-Customer service oriented
-Email management
-English proficient
-Has dedication towards work, pro-active and a team player
-Hardworking and reliable
-Works 2-4hrs, from Monday to Friday
-Works on weekends for 1-2hrs
