WEB DEVELOPER - Fresh Graduate are Welcome to Apply

My company is located in the USA, I need someone to work some overlapping hours with me. I am looking for a full time employee to work from 9 PM to 5:00 PM Philippines time (PHT)

The job will pay full time hours, you will need to be logged into time tracking software (TimeDoctor) that also takes screen shots at random times, this is only used to verify that you are only working on my projects during the work time. I am not using the time tracker to micromanage. I don't have time to micromanage and I need someone who is self motivated and can figure things out on their own.

This is a serious job and we are looking for a long term employee that can be part of our company for years. If you are looking for a quick temporary job do not apply.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

1. Experienced WordPress Developer/PHP Developer and webmaster. I am looking for someone who can customize WordPress for my specific needs, not just install plugins but actual changes to the code. You will need to be able to find bloated parts and remove them, make custom pages that may not have a theme. I need a custom site and I cannot have limitations to just WordPress or its plugins only. We have a current site that needs changes/updates made and we need a new website built to replace our current website.

2. I am looking for someone who has creative talent. When I need a new page built it can be similar to our current pages but I don't want to have to dictate all details, I want someone who will lessen my workload by being able to be creative when needed. You should have experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator, photo manipulation/touch-up and able to create good looking banner ads and webpage layouts.

This is a full time job, even if you finish all the work for the day we still pay the full time pay.
