Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Appointment setting - starting soon for right person !

Our company: Secure Future Insurance Services & Secure Future Financial Service. We sale Final Expense life ins, annuities, & tax-free wealth building IUL life policies. We do a great & honest service for our clients. That means honesty & integrity must be important for you as well. The job description consists of telemarketing & lead creation from our calling lists, but could include pre-set appointment setting in the future for the right person that has those skills. Computer, phone, needed for use of SalesDialer.
Working from home is acceptable as long as you can be disciplined & productive. We use SalesDialer system & software - it gives you feedback & keeps up w/the hours you’re on the phone. Persistence, being well spoken, friendly, upbeat, & positive is the key to your success. This job requires cold calling from provided lead list that has the names & phone #’s to create leads for simple Final Expense Life Insurance product (burial insurance) that Seniors need. It is a fairly short & simple script & a simple product. The person I hire can start part time & move to full time if you are good at your job.
It is important that your English is clear & easy for the prospects to understand. Applicant needs to be a disciplined self-starter that is a reliable hard worker who is motivated by success.
You start out learning our system, creating prospects & leads for the licensed agent. Final Expense ins leads is what this job is about, however there is room to grow & expand for special applicants that can become proficient in turning these leads into pre-set appointments will be offered bonuses if they can perform at high level of productivity. We offer other high-end service, so advancement is possible for extraordinary people.
When you are comfortable & successful at just creating lead prospects, you may try your hand at creating pre-set appointments from those same types of calls. Time is money – you save me time & help us make more money, then I make your time more productive – and lucrative for you as well. Pre-set appt's save us time, keep the agent busy & avoid procrastination, but that takes a certain skill - those that have that skill will be offered bonuses when that skill is proven. Again, if you have or can develop the skill of pre-setting appointment times, then there will be additional bonus pay. But, it is not necessary if you do not possess that skill.
I want a long & mutually beneficial relationship. That means we both make money. We will move one step at a time, but my eventual goal is to have an effective telemarketer that can set me 5-6 appointments a day for 4 to 5 days a day per week. If I have a work week of 5 to 6 pre-set appointment times a day, 4 to 5 days a week, then I will be seeing 20-30 people per week, then you will have long term employment & we will both be smiling.
Pay will start at $2.5 a hr for 1st 3 days & we will evaluate your performance. If you are productive & meet goals, then starting 4th day, pay will move to $3 an hr & I will make up the difference of the 1st 3 days & pay you $3 an hour retroactively for all days you have worked. That is because I’m trying to find the right person who believes in themselves & knows they can and will produce.
In summary, If you are productive & take care of our needs, then I will reward your productivity. The goal is 2-3 leads per hour, but minimum is an average of 1 lead per hour. Different areas we are calling will have different lead rates. I am looking for quality over quantity, although both are important. The prospective leads must be people who are interested in talking to me about our services. We can communicate via email & set up a phn interview. I want to speak with you on the phone in order to get a feel for you as a person & also to an have an idea of your communication skills. Hours will start off at about 25-30 hours a week & if you are good at your job, it may move to 40 hrs.
This a very good opportunity for most, but it is a great opportunity for those that KNOW that they are good & can be CONSISTENTLY effective doing this type of work. It is all about putting in the hours in that it takes to be successful.
