Cashless.com LLC is a new company that will help merchants accelerate profits by installing and servicing simple cashless payment systems, while promoting their new and existing products and services in an exceptional manner. Cashless.com will efficiently integrate appropriate new marketing concepts and technologies with merchants’ long term core business offerings and technologies, and provide meaningful training.

Over the next ten years millions of merchants will enhance their offerings by accepting payments through nontraditional means, mainly with smart phones and tablets, plus integrating the newest and the best in marketing and technology. JOB DESCRIPTION
As the General Manager, you will put into good use the Business Model for Cashless.com LLC and also help build the company from the ground up by using the best practices found in Mike Mann’s book www.MakeMillions.com, www.BestPracticesGuide.com and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann, which includes Cashless.com LLC.

Together with your team, you will install and service cashless payment systems and provide training for these systems. Merchants are already familiar with cashless payments and it will be part of your job to help them profit from cashless services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Back and front end knowledge and experience with cashless payment systems.
Experience in gateway payment systems, preferably in a business to business capacity
Experience and success building a portfolio of business through business development and sales
A degree in finance, accounting or business management is a plus
Experience in media relations and issues management, spokesperson, training, strategic marketing alliances, special events, etc
Minimum of 3 years management experience
Must be located in the USA or the Philippines and can work from home
Skilled in the areas of business mathematics and should have strong analytical skills.
Must have superior PSDM (problem solving and decision making) skills and conflict management abilities.
Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and vernacular).
Have read and understood the contents of www.MakeMillions.com and www.BestPracticesGuide.com
