An assistant in Internet Marketing

Hello. I am looking for someone who has a background as an assistant for my Internet Marketing business.
I am looking for someone who is enthusiastic and willing to learn and willing to ask for help where necessary. I need someone with any appropriate skills like;
SEO,
article marketing,
blog creation and posting,
video creation and marketing,
website creation as well as mobile sites and apps.
Training will be given where necessary, it is more important that you are willing to learn and that you will become a valued member of my business.
I am open to any suggestions that you may have to improve the business, or offer a better way to do a task that I have asked you to do.

I have some basic requirements that you must meet to be considered for the position.
They are as follows:
• You must be from the Philippines
• You must be able to work 40 hours per week
• It would be good to chat on Skype, or an audio of yourself
• You must have a reliable internet connection
• You must have well written English (or well spoken English).....
• You must have above average computer skills
• If you don’t understand something I ask of you, please let me know so we can work through any issues together. I am very accessible and willing to help you learn if needed.

I am concentrating firstly on Internet Marketing, selling either affiliate products or my own products. So any tasks appropriate to this are important. As I have already stated I am willing to train you in any area where it is necessary.
My goals are to develop the business to include creating mobile websites where necessary and mobile Apps, Wordpress sites etc.
I am also thinking of developing a local marketing business, helping businesses with their marketing needs to again include websites, mobile websites and Apps, videos etc.
So you will be responsible for developing all of the above skills and more where appropriate. As you can see you will be a major player in the development of the business with an appropriate pay rise as you increase your skills.
I will train you in every aspect so don’t worry if you have not done any of the above
Some other things to note:
• This is an exclusive position! - To be considered for this position, you must be able to work exclusively for me. This means no other jobs, or freelance jobs! This is important, as I am looking for a serious person to join my team!
• Probationary Period - The job will be full-time hours right away, however, there will be a 4 week probationary period. If you pass the probationary period with no issues, then we can discuss you becoming a permanent team member.
• I will pay bonus incentives based on performance. - However, during the probationary period, you will be paid once per week, with no bonus incentive options.
• When hired, you will be considered an Independent Contractor, rather than an actual employee (will not affect pay)
• I honor the 13th month pay system in the Philippines

Again, experience in any aspect of Internet Marketing like SEO, article submission and writing, blogs, Video creation and marketing, websites and mobile websites, and Apps, etc will be an advantage, but full training in any aspect will be given.
