We are located in California, USA and have online stores and a brick and mortar store. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, fast learning person who provides great customer service with care and empathy.


We need:

- Great spoken English
- Great written English
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Previous customer service and telephone experience
- Stable internet connection
- Own computer
- Ability to work a minimum of 4 hours during 9AM to 6PM Pacific Time, USA

We use VOIP so you can answer calls using your computer and return calls using SKYPE.
