Link prospector for link building outreach

I'm looking for a link prospector who can complile lists of potential outreach targets into a spreadsheet. I'm looking for someone who can be a permanent part of my team and will have steady link prospecting work on an ongoing basis.

The job duties and requirements are as follows:

- Use google search operators and other tactics to complile a target list of sites to contact
- Put the list of outreach targets into a spreadsheet following certain format requirements
- Be able to evaluate each site for relevancy and authority so that only high-quality sites are being considered
