Hi There! I am a fintech founder, and have a new round of growth starting up for my company. Which means I am looking to you to help step in and manage the day to day tasks to manage life and help me organize. I'm a big comparison person- I like to look at multiple options, compare pricing (I am VERY frugal!), and compare value in a quick snapshot. Mainly I'll be sending you various items to lookup and present quick snapshot to me, excel skill a must and accounting a plus.
I need help with research, finding and ordering products, contacting companies for bill questions etc., customer service calls, organizing files, finding best applications, setting up processes to manage life, reminders, etc...
Help me manage the life aspects so I can focus on business. You'll be my go to for all things random- and can get the job done quickly and efficiently. Need someone well versed in applications, technology and very productive obsessed. I'm into workflow automation- the more you know how we can simplify the better. Initially a lot of file organization- renaming files etc. Need to know Asasa, Evernote, iOS, google suite. I want to use voice notes to send you items vs typing and texting.
This a growth job for someone to work with as a team over next year+. If you want to start solo and maybe we can hire others to help or find companies to help us do even more. I am big on value for money- I do expect a lot but we can move quickly and cover a lot of ground to keep this exciting.
When applying please outline your experience with the previously mentioned tech applications and how they were used by you or for your work. May have to sign mutual NDA. Will need to self prioritize and fine to use team members/services etc to help you as long as you are my go to person. You must have terrific spelling and utilization of english. Prior executive assistants encouraged. Need to be succinct in your responses- bullet points etc- not too much information just what I would need to know. Any time zone works, any location. Ability to think in full detail, think ahead and act with confidence. Fast paced, wide breadth, lots of items to keep it varied. No day will be the same. Need to have ability to have preferences set and saved, so that I dont have to identify that I want a window seat etc each time. Can't wait to get organized with your help!
