We are a food manufacturing business with our own product brand which we sell in stores across Canada. We are looking for hiring an individual to perform a variety of administrative tasks and assist the managers of the company with their office needs. The successful candidate will be performing a variety of tasks including:

Online research for products, solutions, suppliers, product sourcing, best prices available
- Organizing files and folders on google drive
- Managing and updating calendars and tasks
- Managing Social Media accounts and other platforms, instagram/
- Helping management with day to day errands to free up their time - Research trade shows and exhibitions and filter out the best ones and report to management team
- Building and updating a database of suppliers, customers, tradeshows, etc. - setting up reminders for tasks and deadlines
- Preparing proposals and presentations for potential customers
- keeping track of product inventory, office supplies, boxes, bags, and products

- Effectively Collaborating with Designers, Marketing and sales team, social media marketers, etc.
- Helping in recruitment of other virtual assistants and freelancers for certain jobs using platforms such as upwork onlinejobs.ph and fiverr
- Creating production schedules based on purchase orders
- Creating invoices for customers using Quickbooks
- researching and applying for health and other food certificates
- reviewing invoices and bills and making sure they are correct
- Occasional Data Entry into quick books for bills and invoices
- Handling scheduling and delegating tasks
