JOB DESCRIPTION
The E-commerce & Amazon GVA / Manager will work with us to manage, develop and execute strategy for growing our E-commerce & Amazon sales channels. The ideal candidate is well versed in all aspects of paid media (i.e. ppc, social, search, re-targeting), and has the ability to get things done with limited resources. He/she will be responsible for managing all operations relating to E-commerce & Amazon, including working cross-functionally with the rest of the team.
WORK DESCRIPTION:
There will be a mix of tasks each week but some monitoring and reporting tasks that are done daily or weekly. Note most of these things will grow overtime as most are not in place but after 6 months there will be a mix of most of the below each week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all aspects of our 2 Shopify websites.
- Increase our overall Ecommerce sales, by strategizing + executing re-targeting and new customer acquisition campaigns.
- Manage all updates and changes made to
- Gather and interpret online analytics, to be used in improving user experience and increasing sales.
- Build, segment, and manage our
- Develop a sales funnel using a series of autoresponders
- Develop and execute a strategy to build customer loyalty to
- Possibily Drive sales and marketing though paid media (social & search). - This may be a separate role
Manage our Amazon Seller Account
- Optimizing our current listing (less that 20 skus and mainly 4 with variations)
- Creating a launch strategy for new products (we are modeling after a program developed by Ecomcrew
- Manage Amazon PPC across US, Canada and UK following a defined process using Sellics (should take between 1 to 2 hours a week)
- Running lightning deals, best deals and promotions based on a strategy we create together.
- Note that support and review monitoring is managed by another team
VERY IMPORTANT:
- Must have strong communication skills in written and oral English. Expert level needed.
- Must be reliable, detail oriented and highly organized.
- 1+ years experience in managing e-commerce stores
- 1+ experience managing an Amazon Seller Account
- Well versed with Shopify, Google Analytics, Amazon Seller platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Comfortable understanding of basic HTML/CSS coding and Liquid themes.
- Internally motivated, self-starter; inspires others to participate.
- Ability to execute, get hands dirty and can-do mentality – be scrappy!
- BA/BS or higher degree
