eBay store manager

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a customer service agent and a store manager for an ebay store. The work is daily for 4-6 hours/day on weekdays and 3 hours on weekends (36 hours/week)
My main business is Amazon to eBay dropshipping, so the applicant must be familiar with Amazon and eBay very well.

If you don't know what dropshipping is and if you are not familiar with eBay's and Amazon's interface, please don't apply.

Job Description:

The work deals with daily maintenance and management of the eBay store including managing employees, customer service, handling returns and cases, updating inventory, listing and ordering items.

The salary will be a set monthly amount. Payment will be made once a week, except for the first payment given after 2 weeks.
Working hours may increase based on performance and project needs.

I'm looking for someone intelligent, reliable and diligent. For me, it's more important than the knowledge you come with.
I'm looking for a VA for long term. Please don't apply if you are unable to commit long term.

Must skills:
- High level of English
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with working for an eBay store
- Familiarity with Amazon's interface (not seller central).
