Designer for T-Shirts

What you bring:
-I Need some new Designers that fit into my Shirt-business and that is capable doing different Designs (phrases and or Pictures) on their own (NO FREE PIXABAY IMAGES!).
-I Need flexible Deisgners that can work as well Paid per Design, part time or Monthly Paid.
-You will Need to be able to make 5-100 Designs per week, depending on the Order or the Topic.
-High Quality Designs with at least 4000x4000 Pixels and 300 DPI.
-No Brandnames, Brand Designs like CocaCola, StarWars and other stuff!
-No Songtext or anything that is protected by copyright law.

What i offer you:
-Trial Level: I will order about 5 Designs per Week to see if we have the same Taste and it works out.
-Level 1: (3-6 Month) you will get Paid per Design. If your Designs go well, you get to the next Level.
-Level 2: (6-12 Month) you'll be hired part time depending on the amount of Designs per Week and Salary.
-Level 3: (after about 1 Year) Full Time T-Shirt Designer (40 Houres per week)
-In all Levels: It is possible to stay on a lower Level, if you dont like working 40 Houres per week, you can stay on Level 2 as long as you want. If your Designs sell very good, you will Level up much faster.
For long time Designers in my Company i am willing to pay cover some social sevices as the Website suggested that this is possible. I dont want to look Always for new good Employees, i rather Keep the good ones i have.

What Information I will need from you:
-How much time do you Need (in average) for one Design?
-How many Designs (Images) are Possible in 1 Day (8 houre) or 1 Week (40 Houre)?
-How many Designs (Phrases) are Possible in 1 Day (8 houre) or 1 Week (40 Houre)?
-How many Designs (Image with Phrases) are Possible in 1 Day (8 houre) or 1 Week (40 Houre)?
-What is the Price you want per Design (in Dollar $)?
-What Salary would be 100% (40 Houres a week) that you want per Month?
-For how many others do you Design T-Shirts and in Which Country do they life and sell?
-How much time are you into T-Shirt designing?
-How exact Need to be your instructions for Designing a t-Shirt?
(Is it enough if i say: 5 Funny Unicorn T-shirt Designs with a Text, or do you Need for each Design the Phrase, what Kind of Image and other Information?)
