Highly Skilled Virtual Assistant

I’m looking for a virtual assistant, the main task will be to call on prospects visited my web site, so must have a good English and very good internet connection to have good quality Skype voice on the phone.
Prefer Globe wired internet.
In addition: Ideally, Real Estate or mortgage experience, have such skills as relationship building experience, strong networking, sales and computer skills are a must. Responsibilities include; clients follow up, lead capture, social media, email list development & marketing, sales and follow-up.



MUST be able to work between 9am and 5pm Central Standard Time. Must be able to give 40 Hours FULL TIME and have NO other job.
Dedicated computer with WIRED INTERNET ACCESS is REQUIRED. Knowing Microsoft Word and Google Docs is a BIG plus, but not required as long as you are willing to learn.
MUST speak excellent English.
