Customer Service Officer (Officebased/Homebased)- Quezon City

Looking for a FEMALE Health Care Customer Service officer with procurement and logistics experience

We are an eCommerce company that sells its own brands of supplements via Amazon and various other marketplaces such as Jet, eBay, and Walmart.

We are currently looking for an individual who has great passion towards anything health, fitness, nutrition-related and would love to help our customers with their health inquiries.

These are the traits the candidate should ideally possess:
•Must possess experiences in procurement and logistics
•Great passion/interest towards having a career in health, fitness, nutrition or supplements industry.
•Independent and self-driven
•Have high knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

The candidate will be working directly with their appointed supervisor. The candidate will report to and receive specific tasks from the supervisor.

Tasks
– Answer customers inquiries regarding Dietary Supplements
– Operational Tasks given by Supervisor

Other important information
– This is a full-time, office based position at Quezon City.
– Please describe your experience in Procurement/Logistics.
– The individual will report to the designated office from 8am – 5pm (GMT+8).
– The individual must be willing to work for at least one hour every Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday at home.
– Overtime during Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday will be compensated as accordingly.
– Salary is fully negotiable based on experience (Please state your current and expected salary in your CV or application)
