Looking for a Shopify VA with expertise in Coding and Custom-Built Websites

We are looking to hire a Shopify expert who meets the following requirements:

1. Someone who knows how to build a Shopify site from scratch using coding and custom changes
2. Someone who is really good with coding and can choose a theme then tweak it and make it better
3. Someone who can provide at least 5 sample links to Shopify websites s/he has built
4. Someone who uses and is very familiar with Skype as our primary means of communication
5. Someone who is very fluent in English and very good with communication
