Google Ads Expert Needed

We are looking for someone who is very good in creating Google Ads, Google Shopping Ads, and Search Engine Ads (to appear in search results), and who is an expert in running Google Ad campaigns.

This person should be able to provide roughly how much total money he has spent over the years of doing good Ads, must be able to provide how much return-on-Ad was spent, and the different types of businesses he has worked with.

Other requirements include familiarity and availability in Skype as our primary means of communication, is very fluent in English, and very good with communication.
