Expert in craigslist posting specifically for real estate/ Real Estate Specialist

Hello!
I am looking for a full time employee who has a lot of experience with posting on craigslist and other real estate listing websites. One of my main problems that i run into is posting on craigslist but it getting flagged. So if someone knows how to fix that problem that would be ideal. Also if someone has past experience being an assistant for a real estate agent. Thank you
