Are you a Real Estate Expert?

Hello,

My name is Juan, I'm a civil engineer, and I'm the owner of a new company (literally one year old) that invests in Real Estate.
90% of the time I'm out of the office, looking for opportunities, and I'm looking for someone to become my right hand, someone that can help me with all of my administrative tasks.
My company buys, fixes, and either sells or rents properties in the St. Louis (Missouri) and Orlando (Florida) area.
We just started, but we bought 17 homes last year, and this year we will do at least double that amount and I need someone to help me grow. I need someone that wants to be part of a new company. This means that not everything is 100?fined, but there is an incredible opportunity for growth. I want someone who is flexible and can provide solutions, not problems, to the table

I need someone with the desire to grow, with a whole lot of energy, that is professional in their demeanor. Someone that is constantly looking for better ways of doing things, but knows how to follow direction.

The ideal candidate would be:
1. Reliable
2. Independent
3. Has experience in Real Estate in the US market (have worked with realtors, title companies, investors, etc)
4. Has worked with Podio
5. Has worked with Asana
6. Is good with Excel
7. Speaks English fluently
8. Is computer literate (It's impossible to know all softwares, I know, but I need someone that doesn't need much handholding to learn something, someone that can follow tutorials and learn by themselves).
9. Has done some marketing (facebook, craigslists, google, etc)

Your responsibilities would be:
1. Help me create and grow a buyer's list
2. Run comps and evaluate properties
3. Submit offers for the purchase of property
4. Contact utilities to set up new accounts on the properties we buy
5. Follow some very specific tutorials to do SEO on our website
6. Do research on properties and find the owner contact info so that we can contact them
7. Post properties in different websites to offer them for sale
