VA for phone call verification with American accent

We need someone who has little to no Filipino accent, sound as American as possible to make various phone calls to our customers. The right candidate will possess the ability to move patient files from one tab to another in our CRM, to make phone calls using a softphone application we provide on their desktop or laptop (no cell phones), and can speak to customers verifying information before we ship products to their home. You also must be able to work Eastern Standard Time either 9AM-5AM or 1PM-9PM Mon - Friday.

Work from home is fine as long as there is no background distractions.
